Diverse workplace, fast paced, friendly staff, no two days the same - General Administrator Euro Communications Distribution Employee Review

Job role: I was hired as a general administrator but my job roles were very flexible and diverse and I ended up being mainly e - commerce - which is good as you get experience in many different areas of the business, you aren't doing the same thing every day and it doesn't get boring/repetitive. I was definitely pushed and challenged which is fantastic, and despite only being at the company for about 4.5 months I feel like I learned a massive amount compared to any previous job/experience I have had prior. Hours: as I was an office worker I had usual office hours which meant weekends off which is great. The days fly by and I never found myself clock watching. Other staff: all the other staff were really friendly, massively helpful and it felt like a little family, and even between different departments of the business all staff members seem to get on. Company in general: work force is really diverse which is amazing to see in a company that is still growing. Great company culture which is clear from the get go, and I did feel like there was a lot of room for growth in the company - I only wish I could have worked there for longer!
