      They pay above market value for customer service jobs (I served as a barista for ~$11 an hour)

      Cons

      Had little interaction with management, sometimes made solving problems difficult. But overall these were minor issues likely stemming from my specific work environment.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
