lol pros… weed? Otherwise nothing

Building is safety hazard. Constant rat infestation. Walls and ceiling are falling apart. One side of the building is literally sinking. The management is unstable and messy. The poor minimum wage employees are the only thing keeping this place running.

There are no pros I can think of.

Everything. Complete disorganization, some employees repeatedly selling to minors, compensation was sub-par.
