Gret benefits. Friendly environment. You have the tools to be as successful as you wish. You are your own boss and motivator. Management will assist you with sales and work with your clients in your absence, so you get commission even on your day off (as long as you train your client to ask for you)
Cons
No set rules or guidelines. Company policies are made up and changed practically every day. One day you can get reprimended for something that becomes a mandatory procedure the next day. The HR is unavailable and is not allowed to be contacted, period.
