I don't see any Pros, as a employe your supposed to get salary on time. so this can't be Pros, and I don't see any other benefits in working this company

1. If you are a fresher, and you want to work at any cost then join in this company for money. 2. Don't expect any end of service benefits even though it is mentioned in email or offer letter 3. If your are lucky you will get full salary with out deduction, if deducted don't ask reason. 4. Some people are good, but they can't help 5. Don't accept any thing oral, it should be in mail. But even in mail it may not help. 6. **** No policy. You will not find any company policy. All rules, policy are based on employe to employe.

A fresher can learn a lot in this company. 1. Gains basic knowledge about the stream which you have stepped in 2. One will get good guidance under the experienced people 3. There will be something for everyone

The only drawback is the pay. You will not be satisfied with the pay. Here they will make you to work more but they won't give you the right pay that you deserve.
