New executive team cobbled together from GE castoffs over the last 2-3 years. Remote work mandated, but removed reimbursements for resources used to do so (internet, phone, office supplies, etc). Bonuses taken away, while work loads increased exponentially…no compensation/spot awards considered. No cost of living increases for three years. Would not permit/approve time or reimbursement for training/certifications. Plan appears to be to torture the few competent people still left until they resign, then promote people without the proper skill sets into those positions while paying them *much* less than the average. Zero accountability by the executive team for the results (re: fallout) of poor business decisions…seem content to just blame emergent issues on whoever the latest person to resign was.
Though I appreciate the inevitable ‘we’re sorry to hear your time at Ethos…please feel free to contact us’, the above items were discussed at length with executives on nearly a weekly basis for more than a year.
