The work environment and flexible hours here genuinely help me bring out my best. There is a strong culture of trust rather than micromanagement, which gives you the autonomy to manage your time and thrive. On top of that, it's an exciting time to be here the company is experiencing great overall growth, opening up excellent opportunities for learning and career advancement.

Cons

The physical office can get quite crowded on peak days, so adding more seating or expanding the workspace layout would be a welcome improvement to better accommodate everyone.
