None. Don't believe the good reviews, they're posted by Management. Take a look at LinkedIn and see how many people have left in the last year alone. People are leaving the company because it's not a place to grow for anyone. If you need a job and you're desperate also please don't take it, because you will end up your life in hell.
Cons
Horrible Management, who have no relevant experience. Managers who can't lead or train anyone. They put so many practices and articles that they don't follow. I've never heard anything positive about the team from anyone EVER! It's actually the opposite. There is no transparency or integrity what so ever. Do not take a job at this place you will be worked to death. There is no work life balance at all. People are hired on project based, if no projects you will be fired, simple. If you're good at acting "busy" and don't want to learn or grow, work at Estuate.
