Pros
I joined in January 2024, and I have no regrets doing so. I have received good support from my colleagues in all aspects: help with familiarisation and also the opportunities to develop. Probably them most enjoyable aspect is that there is a genuine attitude to improving the teaching we deliver - the courseware and tools and techniques (and people with the right attitude). My team welcomed me and very quickly formed excellent team spirit.
Despite working from home, there is frequent contact with management and colleagues; I don't feel isolated in anyway. I am getting opportunities to contribute towards the improvements and feel my experience is valued and listened to. To me: a great motivator.
Communication with management is good: appropriate, timely and supportive.
I have had NO regrets joining Estio, and I would recommend people to join us, given the opportunity.
Cons
None really - there was a company restructuring exercise that wasn't great and a little unsettling. However, I feel it was handled properly: my concerns were listened to and dealt with appropriately.
