Pros
I was at EstimateOne (now E1) for just under 1.5 years. In my experience a solid pro would be the Training and Development in the company. They have some great team leaders especially the current Support Team Leader and Head of Support. A great place if you want to build industry and professional experience. Great CEO, great remote work flexibility and great culture.
Cons
Below average salaries is an issue, despite being one of my favorite places to have worked, the salary issue is a major contributor to possible attrition and did play a factor in my departure.
