Not great not bad - Data Entry Estify Employee Review

Exciting company with huge potential within the Auto Claims space. The company is already growing into different markets and offering solutions to large Insurance companies. If you like fast pace and can handle the constant change and grind of a tech startup, you’ll like Estify.

None at the moment. The old management didn’t do a good job managing the business. Kind of a boys club. But new management has put in place consistency and stability.

Great culture on the surface, decent work that isn't too hard once you get the hang of it, and snacks provided for free all the time. You get to listen to music / audio while you work, and you get to watch TV like Netflix once you've worked there long enough.

The culture is terrible, particularly among the lower levels of management. They will make promises that they wont keep, particularly regarding pay raises, and job title opportunities. There is also a back biting and revenge culture among the lower and middle management. If you have any problem what so ever and you reach out to HR for help with it, you will be tagged as a trouble maker by middle management and they will eventually find a way to get you fired. I've seen it happen multiple times and its a serius problem.
