      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing. HR is even worse when it comes to policy. When you ask someone a question...no one knows the answer. It feels like you are constantly out of the loop and you are playing telephone. They don’t care about their employees or their relationship with the employees. They treat you like dirt and run you high and dry. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Pros

      Exciting company with huge potential within the Auto Claims space. The company is already growing into different markets and offering solutions to large Insurance companies. If you like fast pace and can handle the constant change and grind of a tech startup, you’ll like Estify.

      Cons

      None at the moment. The old management didn’t do a good job managing the business. Kind of a boys club. But new management has put in place consistency and stability.
