      Pros

      My supervisor is wonderful to work with and makes it clear that my efforts are appreciated. It's clear that I'm an important part of the team.

      Cons

      The executive team is spread out, making some interactions difficult. Face-to-face time is rare, but isn't absolutely necessary.

      Pros

      Exciting company with huge potential within the Auto Claims space. The company is already growing into different markets and offering solutions to large Insurance companies. If you like fast pace and can handle the constant change and grind of a tech startup, you’ll like Estify.

      Cons

      None at the moment. The old management didn’t do a good job managing the business. Kind of a boys club. But new management has put in place consistency and stability.
