there are lots of cons for this company: 1.All the decision in on company side.they make rules for company profit not for developers. 2.They don't leave any single chance to cut developer salary.like if you go after 10:15 then it will be your half day and cut salary.Dude this is not a school please learn something from another company. 3.They show fake experience to Client.Dude seriously! 4.Give Pressure to Freshers and then give the bonus to PM or sr. developer for freshers work. 5.if any employe don't want to work with them than they ask money for leaving the company.Dude this is like gunda gardi. 6.The most powerful thing is They don't have good tea or coffee.they have the worst machine ever i have seen And if any developer object on this they warn them like "if you want a tea than this is only tea take it or just go to hell." Dude this is not good. You know that the morning tea make a good developing. 7.the CEO and PM behavior.The developer is not your servant Dude. 8.The HR policy and leave policy.the give Fire authority, Increment Authority to HR and if you have a good relationship with HR then you will get good increment.Same as leave policy.Sandwich rule. take leave on Friday it will be count 3 days.same as Monday.Dude this is not Sandwich.
