- The most severe sin is the lack of prioritization, every single task is urgent. That compromises the quality, the stress levels keep high - No opportunity to grow professionally, the management mentality usually is not people oriented, just goal achievements - Ego is a constant in the higher positions, and that increases the distance between employees and the leadership - WFH practically is not an option anymore, it worked for many years but now they just want to make people go back without doing a study of different positions that don't require that policy at all
