Pros

Great functions with wide reponsibilities Great people (no back stabbing) Good values Trying to buid team spirit Embrace the digital turn

Cons

Reducing the ressources in the team to a toxic level (People leave and aren't replaced.) Bad salaries (level of responsibilities vs pay roll job title), and a "you shouldn't evolve too quickly but sacrifices shall pay in the LT." policy No empathy from the management (local and above) who are just in the same boat and trying to do their best but feel no shame asking for more and more Showing scary increasing bad signs of cost reduction in the organization puting pressure on people to deliver with less Excelling is never enough Went from a flexible zen Swedish culture to a full american culture

Pros

-Essity is a great company overseas, just awful in the U.S. -Good co-workers, and that's really it

Cons

-Bad management (worst I've ever worked under) -Bad benefits -Machines are literally falling apart with management not caring a single bit about actually fixing them -No work-life balance -Rotating shifts (days-to-nights/nights-to-days every two weeks) -Culture is awful -No avenue for advancement -The union is a "union" in name-only -Overtime system is terrible -As an operator, you do 80% of the maintenance work despite having actual maintenance that makes $10 an hour more than you
