-Strong disappointment between HR job description and reality -High turnover in management is starting to happen due to the merger with Luxottica -However widely advertised inside and outside of the group, internal mobility is not easy -However widely advertised inside and outside of the group, I am still looking for the culture and values of the company in my day to day job - Headquarters general atmosphere in Charenton varies from bad to neutral - Visibility on personal evolution due to the merger is very limited - Business is slow at the moment so OPEX gets cut drastically and illogically - Top management does not provide employees with a clear strategy on the company and on the merger - Communications between departements and Business Units is very difficult
