Pros

Company appears to be financially stable. Beyond that, I cannot find another Pro.

Cons

No communication across IT teams. Project Managers have no idea on the true role of a project manager. Solid staff mostly made up of contractors, but the contractors really have no input and are their expertise is under utilized. They're too cheap to use MS-Office productivity tools and have settled on cheap ineffective Google tools in place of Excel and Word. Getting project vital information takes a serious of time wasting meetings. It's the most disorganized mess that I have ever seen. I entered with such hope and optimism and was brought rapidly down to earth. IT management spends too much time trying to make everything look pretty and very little time is spent on team building. With the initiatives that they have in front of them, the team concept needs to be cultivated.

Cons

Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
