An innovative company and industry leader. Essilor combines engineering, design and operational expertise to constantly bring innovation to eyeglass lenses. Doing so allows optometrists to bring the most value to their patients. There products truly protect patients eyes while helping them see better.
Cons
The organization is run with very tight margins thus workload is very high. Better systems and automation could improve work life balance. Rapid expansion is driving growth but make it challenging to integrate many cultures into the organization
