This company is a complete nightmare. They have zero leave policy—no public or national holidays, which is blatantly illegal. They only communicate through WhatsApp. I joined here as an editor, but they shoved me into a writer’s role just 5 days in, knowing I had no sports background. Repeatedly told HR I needed time, but, of course, they ignored it. And guess what? No PF, no insurance, no job security, no proper leave policy—just a mess of constant miscommunication, with different editors telling you different things. I've had 2-3 articles published in just 15 days, but they still won’t pay me because I’m in their so-called “training period.” They don’t even give you an offer letter before joining, so you’re basically hanging on empty promises. The notice period? Depends on their mood, apparently! HR said it varies person to person but wouldn’t even tell me what mine would be until after joining. Total fraud. No mental peace, no professionalism. Be warned—avoid this place at all costs!
