Pros
- Friendly and supportive team! - The onboarding and training process was thorough and well-constructed. - The CEO held in-person training sessions, and led thoughtful discussions around the presented content. - The management team was excellent at communicating throughout my training process. Their diligence in getting me prepared to scribe in clinic is evidence of a reliable and stable work environment and company!
Cons
While not ultimately their decision (but the clinic’s at the site they provided the company’s scribing service), there was no possibility for remote work during the covid-19 pandemic.
