Horrible organization - Anonymous employee Essential HealthCare Solutions Employee Review

This position is a therapist on military bases. In our government contracts there are no guarantees until the candidate has cleared all government security clearances, background checks, fingerprinting and drug screen. There are numerous companies filling these positions and if the candidate drags their feet (like this one did), typically we have 24-48 hours to get their candidate packet uploaded to a portal which sends their info to the government for all of the security protocols. This candidate took too long to get their paperwork complete and after numerous requests, finally completed the paperwork only to find out that the position had already been filled, which was disappointing to our company as well as the candidate. Our company communicates that we cannot offer a job until the entire security process is complete. We have over 30 pleased W-2 employees who are participating in this government contract who have been working with our company for over 2 years and give our company excellent reviews!
