Sorry to see this review, we do our best to help all employees reach their full potential. We welcome the opportunity to clarify a few of the items included in this review.
We do have structured client presentations - but we explicitly don't want our account managers to read a script. We have a professional account management team, and thus we do ask account managers to professionally deliver the presentation. Some employees come join our company under the belief they can "do it better" on their own without delivering a professional presentation - these employees tend to leave these types of reviews because "on their own" ultimately doesn't work. We also work within regulated industries, so there are some key pieces of information that must be clearly communicated to all clients in a consistent manner.
Our management process includes bi-weekly check ins, call reviews, quarterly conversations about what is going well, and identifying improvement opportunities, and performance bonuses. We follow EOS / Traction principles at Five Star Professional - this system focuses tremendous energy on communication between an employee and their manager.
