Ask how many Account Managers have been there longer than 3 years (there are 2). Then ask how many Account Managers have left in the last 3 years (I lost count, but more than 20, most of them terminated).
You will either burn out and look for something else, or be terminated before that happens (you'll be assigned into a couple of markets that will go south on you, and won't be given ample time to recover - this happens to even the top performers).
Lately, they've been hiring younger and less experienced people, and frankly, that's the right move. This is a GREAT job for a recent grad with a little sales experience, who is looking for a good short term opportunity to make really good money. Just know that you'll be looking for something else not too far down the road.
