Pros
There aren't many reasons to work at Essentia, to be honest - at least, not as a security officer. The benefits are fair, but nothing to get overly excited about
Cons
Most things were cons for me. Medical staff look down their noses at you, for the most part. They treat you like a piece of equipment, not all, but most of them. You are to be used when appropriate and put away when not in use. They don't like talking to you, nor do they respect your expertise in your chosen career field. Let's be honest; security isn't rocket science, but some of us have extensive experience spanning a broad range of applications to draw from. In addition, security policy is made by a board of people who've never worked security, and who find it inconceivable to take advise from those of us who have years of experience. They promote bobbleheads who they know won't rock the boat and nothing changes.
