Pros
young colleagues flexible work hours occasionally some fun events
Cons
Exploitative work conditions/pay You're working for 2 companies every shift. A huge percentage of your hourly rate is paid to the Agency No progression opportunities, your experience counts for nothing. "Elite" team is basically just full of the more attractive girls, and has nothing to do with merit. Constant spam of emails/text messages with manipulative ways of trying to make people do a shift. Arrogant office staff who act as though the people who ACTUALLY do the work are below them. They don't have enough clients, or high enough quality clients to be able to offer you enough hours to make a decent wage. Dishonest management who say whatever they need to in order to keep you happy, regardless of the truth.
