Pros
Plenty of freedom, the company has a large market share with the Cyrel Digital Imaging products.
Cons
Field individuals can be alone with little support and documentation is not ISO certified nor shared within the organization. Management does not encourage open communication and chain of command is an after thought. The Danaher and Esko exchange needs vast improvement. A do as I say not as do style of corporate culture is prevalent.
