Toxic culture with unprofessional behavior and sexism - Anonymous employee Esko Employee Review

Worst place to work. Despite calling themselves a ‘best place to work,’ my experience was completely the opposite. The company has a toxic work culture filled with office politics, manager drama, and unprofessional behavior. I also witnessed sexist attitudes and inappropriate behavior from some male employees and managers. Female employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved, and the environment often felt uncomfortable and judgmental. The company seriously needs to improve its professionalism, workplace culture, equality, and employee well-being.
