Pros

A global team with a lot of shiny benefits like traveling, welcome gifts, parties for people working in the central office...

Cons

This is a sales-oriented company, which doesn't pay attention to the marketing team. Previously, members of the marketing team left the company because of burnout, and I was fired without feedback from the CEO or team members after only three months of work (the first month as onboarding, so basically 2 months). During the course of those 2 months, I was the only person in the marketing team who was supporting the sales team with content, created and executed social media strategy for the company pages, gained 5 backlinks on relevant blogs with DR higher than 70, optimized old content, wrote new content, created copy for landing pages, edited sales templates... The reason why I was laid off was very unclear - they mentioned external factors, and nothing specific about my work. So please don't waste your creativity on this company.
