Pros
Very good firm in general speaking, very professional and people in the firm are extremely easy to work with and learn from. The sense of goal in this firm is strong and clear. Encouraging young designers to grow and get exposed to more stages in different projects. Kinda slow pace in work and working hours. Very deep engagement in the local community.
Cons
Could be more aggressive in both design and marketing. A little bit too conservative and traditional in design methods, although different types of new technologies are being explored, still not so much combined with daily design work flow.
