      You’ll learn a lot — fast. HR in this company is hands-on, and you’ll be exposed to recruitment, operations, admin, and even international hiring. Supportive colleagues who are open to collaboration and guidance when needed. Good opportunity for fresh grads to gain real-world HR experience and understand how things work across different countries. You can take initiative and propose ideas, especially in system improvement and recruitment campaigns.

      Cons

      Can feel overwhelming at times — too many tasks and requests coming in at once with little prioritization.

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      The experience of working with different departments and divisions, opportunity to travel abroad

      Cons

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
