      - Salary - Approachable colleagues - Okay-ish projects

      Cons

      - Everyone is directly reporting to CEO, micromanagement is unavoidable. - There is no clear management structure. - The CEO is unprofessional (constantly putting his beliefs, political and spiritual on your face and calls you out for having a different opinion) rude, will ridicule you publicly on group chats if you make a mistake.

      Interesting work, a lot of variety, The team I worked with was great. Opportunities to move up

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
