      Pros

      As a new graduate, it was okay because you will learn a lot from the company.

      Cons

      The bosses are really unprofessional and can treat you really badly. Like shouting and insulting you can make the employee better. Studies show that an employee can works better when they are encouraged, and works worse when discouraged.

      Interesting work, a lot of variety, The team I worked with was great. Opportunities to move up

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      The experience of working with different departments and divisions, opportunity to travel abroad

      Cons

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
