Pros
The people you work with. When you find that groove with a team, it can make coming in for what could be a shift from hell into a somewhat bearable existence.
Cons
The general manager is a coward who will not help out or stick up for the staff, either to abusive guests, or in regards to policies handed down by ownership that are so disconnected from reality at this point that it's almost funny. The upper levels of the company refuse, sometimes actively, to listen to or actually acknowledge the problems staff face day to day. They are shady in their practices at the best of times, and downright malicious when it hits the fan. With the recent termination of several staff, a decent portion of which were vocal in trying to bring these issues to the table to be discussed and eventually solved, the escape floor is crumbling. No word on other departments at the time of this review writing.
