Pros
I have been employed with this employer for 1.5 yrs. While I had accounting experience in other fields, starting this position in the electrical contracting field was a challenge but I knew I could do it and I asked for patience and confidence and they gave it to me. I feel confident, yet challenged and those are both important to me. While I am very, very busy, the atmosphere is so relaxed it helps keep the stress to a minimum. The owners are very knowledgeable and hands on and always there for advice when needed. They are sincerely grateful to their employees for the hard work when provided and they demonstrate that often. This has been my best work experience ever.
