Pros
-Salary is on time never get delay. -yearly increment in basic pay.
Cons
-No work-life balance. -The company is good but the management is worst. -Unfair treatment to employees. -unbelievable targets given by the bosses so that no incentives will be given to the employees. -No rest day if there are sale events where in the body gets more tired and needs to rest if sale events are there like DSF etc. -they required to do over time but no pay and no rest day. Hello we are not robots and when you get sick even if you have medical report they think you're making drama. (WTH) -when you will take comp-off they will not give you have to beg them. -In contract it's written that you will be given 30 days vacation leave but some boss don't follow that rules they will only give 25 days if you're the favorite they will give you more than 30 days.
