      experience looks good on a resume, get to see exciting cases

      favoritism among management, best cases went to favorite nurses low pay for high stress work poor communications system; they tried converting to tiger text but can't get all the physicians on board management told me to lie about my travel nursing experience and not mention it

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
