      Pros

      You can make your own work schedule good discounts from other companies and they do payroll deduction.

      Cons

      Short staffed the majority of the time. They do not offer any incentives to patient care technicians at all like they do for the nurses. They company does not respect the PCT and all that they do. The nurses look down on the PCT"s and have no respect for them.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
