      Pros

      I have personally found extreme comfort in working with people and management. They give you space to experiment and do your own thing to yeild results and goals.

      Cons

      Have not comes across any cons yet. And by the looks of it I do not think I will come across any, anytime soon.

      Previous management had a vision..

      Cons

      Salary issue...I still have to get around 18k, some of my friends has to get lakhs.. when i pit my resignation they asked to complete my notice period... and i told them i can leave without pay.. they forced me to work and didn't pay my salary
