Stressful - Customer Advocate I Erie Insurance Group Employee Review

Other departments are nice but customer care is a horrible department to work in. It's mismanaged by directors, systems are slow, employees over monitored, constant negative feedback and never positive. You only hear what you've done incorrectly with "missed opportunities" when in reality management has "missed opportunities" daily to tell you things you ARE doing right. Lots of nepotism in this place.
