Pros
Great atmosphere. Great paychecks for a internship. Everyone is there to help with any questions I might have and truly cares about my internship experience. I have learned about my department as well as other departments. I was given important work and gave presentations to management teams. Everyone is extremely kind and Erie Insurance should be proud of what they do for their employees as well as the community.
Cons
Personally, I did not experience any cons but a few of the other interns were not given as many projects to keep them busy.
