      - Fantastic coworkers - Excellent leaders - Beautiful building (TBH) - Challenging work

      Cons

      It's not perfect, no workplace is, but I have an even greater appreciation for the positives compared to my current workplace (left Erie/ERIE for personal reasons; otherwise would have probably stayed until retirement).
