Pros
Good culture. Flexible, good life/work balance, though they are pushing people to go back to the office more now. Good benefits and perks. Learning platform are good to gain a lot of technical knowledge.
Cons
Low salaries. Push for overtime without pay. Push to go back to the office when there is no more office space and infrastructure to accommodate everyone if all go back to the office. Too much politics and difficult to advance in career or get a pay raise. The evaluation process is designed to block pay raises.
