Pros

work environment colleagues a lot of training's intern/external great place to start your carrier

Cons

the increase of the salary when you advance is very low and from this issue the big difference between the colleagues, the colleagues that are coming from other company in the same team on same position with same years of experience.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
