Pros
Opportunity for career advancement, yearly salary talks (which usually result in a pay increase), travel abroad to other Ericsson sites or to customer sites, relaxed working environment, overtimes only if the project you're working on needs them (and then it is paid overtime), collective vacation between Christmas and New Year which doesn't count in your vacation days.
Cons
Pay is lower than the industry average in Croatia, especially for people fresh out of college. Programming work may not be that challenging.
