      Pros

      Benetfits are ok , stock option was good but no longer recently

      Cons

      I am currently working in the montreal location, and I cannot recommend this as an employer to anyone - unless you enjoy working in an environment that tolerates (and encourages) favoritism. Of all the places I've worked at over the years, the degree of dishonesty, favoritism and politics being played in this environment is legendary. Unless you enjoy being treated like excrement - whilst being low wage for your troubles - I would recommend working at any other IT\telecom company, rather than Ericsson.

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
