Pros
Excellent work environment. Fair and inclusive culture. Plenty of opportunities for who is willing to explore and go the extra mile. Leading influencing company worldwide on certain sectors.
Cons
Generalizing, middle-high leadership layers may not be inspiring for lack of either ability to look outside the already visible corporate-horizon or of their poor curriculum of successful accomplishments for the company, leaving the impression that the company is not that result oriented when it comes to that range of leadership levels. Culturally not used to handle with clarity difficult interpersonal situations can be a loss of leadership charisma for some. The company seems to fall behind the minimum of industry practices in certain management methods (project, line). Methods and tools used to manage topic widely used in the industry (agile, SW development phases, IT management, Project Management, reporting ...etc) seemed to need to be rediscovered every time a new player enter into the picture. While challenging the way it was always done can be good on occasions, questioning the processes and methods before giving them a try is definitely adding cost.
