- Struggling to be agile in the fast-changing hardware and software industry. Dealing with the similar problems faced by big companies (although many companies have managed to change faster than Ericsson) like bureaucracy, politics, too many decision-makers, organization-wide policies (one-size-fits-all policies across geographies). - Archaic processes and tools being used across the organization making teams and engineers drag their feet to get projects done. - Perks not competent enough to hire good talent (especially in Bay Area).
