Pros

Depending on your department, work/life balance can be very good. It is also a very flexible work environment. Management will also let you handle your work and not micro manage you unless they need to.

Cons

Company has been going through a very rough time the past few years. Stocks have dropped by half in less than a year. No jobs available to grow. Salaries are very low.

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
