      lots of thing to learn. Ericsson has huge no. of global projects. good salary, benefits and nice work place . work is fun.

      Cons

      talent management. Ericsson has a toll of talented engineer but sometimes their talent is wasted is some less technical work.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
